We are pre-launch, and we say so. There is no revenue to point at and no customer list. If you need the reassurance of an established company, this is not the right moment to join us.

We build one thing properly rather than several things quickly. One platform rather than a version per customer, and no shortcuts we would have to unwind later. This is slower and it is deliberate.

We do not overclaim, internally or externally. The same discipline that governs what we put on this website governs how we talk about our own progress. If something is not built, we say it is not built.

We build in both languages from the start. English and Arabic. Internationalisation is not a phase we get to later.

Correctness is not negotiable. We are building a system whose entire value is that its numbers can be defended. There is no version of this where “close enough” is acceptable.

We would rather tell you that plainly than list roles we are not currently in a position to hire for.

The kinds of people we expect to need as we grow: engineers who care about correctness more than about framework fashion; people who have worked inside real ESG reporting cycles and know where they break; and people who can write and design in Arabic to the same standard as in English.

When we open specific roles, they will be listed on this page.

We would rather respond to a handful of people properly than collect submissions we are not in a position to act on.
