This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.yottanexa.com, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be technically survivable, and it is short because this website does very little.
Who we are
YOTTANEX operates www.yottanexa.com. You can reach us about anything in this policy at legal@yottanexa.com.
What this website collects today
Very little. This site currently has no active forms, no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics running.
Our hosting provider processes standard server request information – IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp – as an ordinary part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not use that information to build a profile of you.
We store your language preference so the site opens in the language you chose. That is described in the Cookie Notice.
What this website does not collect
There is no form on this site. There is nothing to sign up for, no account to create, no newsletter and no gated download. If a page invites you to get in touch, it does so by giving you an address rather than a field to fill in.
That is deliberate rather than temporary. If we ever add a form, this policy will describe exactly what it collects, what it is used for and who processes it — before the form appears, not after.
If you email us
If you write to us at either contact@yottanexa.com or legal@yottanexa.com, we hold your message and your address for as long as we need them to deal with what you wrote about, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it comes up again.
How long we keep things
Email correspondence: for as long as the enquiry is live, and for two years afterwards unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Server logs: for a short operational period set by our hosting provider. There is nothing else, because there is nothing else collected.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form.
Write to legal@yottanexa.com and we will deal with it. We will not ask you to explain why.
Where information is held
This website is hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which means information may be processed in a country other than your own. The only personal information we hold is what you send us by email, which is held with our email provider.
Children
This site is aimed at people acting in a professional capacity. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Where a change is material – introducing a form of any kind would be one – we will say what changed rather than silently revising it.
